When the NBN comes we can help you manage the changeover process. As mentioned, it’s not automatic. We don’t necessarily need to bring you over as soon as you can get NBN but it’s best to manage this process so you aren’t left making rushed decisions regarding your telecommunications needs.

Here is some of the tech you might need to update:
Your Phone System – Your old phone system may have been built for our legacy networks and may not work with the NBN. It may be that you need a completely new system or some hardware that allows you to keep using your old phone system
Your Fax Machine – Your old fax machine may have been built for our legacy networks and may not work with the NBN. It may be that you need a completely new fax machine or some hardware that allows you to keep using your old phone system. Your other option, if you only receive faxes, is to look at a fax to email service.
Your EFTPOS Machine – Most EFTPOS Machine providers now provide wireless EFTPOS machines – that is machines that have a SIM card in them so you don’t have to worry about putting them into a point. This includes HICAPS machines if you are a health provider.
