Plan the next day before you go to bed- If you do not know what you need to achieve at the start of the day, how are you going to effectively manage your time throughout the day. You should spend 5 or 10 minutes at the end of the day planning what tasks you need to achieve the next day. That way you will more likely be productive than if you do not know what you ae doing each day.

Just stop procrastinating- For many people, one of their biggest negative attributes is the fact that they are procrastinators. They avoid doing what needs to be done by filling their time with mindless drivel. It is often easy to fall in to the habit of procrastinating- especially if they are trying to avoid something painful or difficult. If you want to be good at time management you have to learn how to just stop procrastinating. Just start doing what needs to be done. The more you do this the less often you will find yourself procrastinating.
