The Iphone loses its Lustre?

I’ve had a lot of discussions with people in recent days about their Iphones- and mostly it has been bad news. People are starting to get over their Iphones. They are having WAY too many coverage issues.
This is weird to me. I use an Iphone and I love it! I haven’t had any major problems and I love the damn convenience that the Iphone gives me.
Of those who are over the Iphone, many of them have gone for the Samsung Omnia and they love it! Apparently the coverage is much better and the phone freezes less often than the Iphone.
I love my Iphone. I hope that Apple sorts out these issues to improve services to the people who want their phone.
