Twitter is generally called, and considered a micro blogging platform by a lot of people- some of these should know better. Twitter is much more than this. Explaining twitter will take longer than I have in this article but I will spend some time explaining to you why you and your business should be on Twitter.

Going forward, you will need to utilize every communication channel possible to reach your audience. Twitter is a free channel that you can use to engage with your audience. Not only should you utilize this channel to try and sell to your product or service, but you should also utilize this channel to share more information about yourself and your business.
