If you are planning on using your domestic cell phone service while traveling abroad, you may end up paying over 4 dollars per minute just to make a call. These exorbitant roaming charges can turn your dream holiday or overseas business trip in to a rightmare when you return home. OneSimCard has roaming agreements with carriers in over 170 countries, allowing for savings of up to 90% with just one SIM card on calls made on your cell phone from abroad. It will also cost you a fraction of the cost to receive calls. Here are some more features:

The company behind International Roaming SIM Card OneSIMCard have reduced some rates and added some great new features that will be beneficial to all travelers who purchase this global SIM Card. Here are some of the best cost reductions.

China: $0.35/min incoming, $0.95/min outgoing
Hong Kong: FREE incoming, $0.55/min outgoing
Malaysia: FREE incoming, $0.65/min outgoing
Indonesia: $0.30/min incoming, $0.95/min outgoing

For US Site visitors, I need to remind you that the OneSIMCard International Roaming SIM card can save you up to 90% on exorbitant roaming charges whilst you are overseas. Keep your money in your pocket!

Another great feature of the OneSIMCard International SIM card is that it now allows you to listen to your email online or have it sent to you directly via email. All major hotel chains these days have business centers or WiFI so you can easily access the internet to get access to your voicemail. If you can’t take a call during the day, or someone calls at night whilst you are asleep, it is easy to log in and access your voicemail as a file attachment. Just make sure to pack your headphones so no one else can hear your messages.

Some other great features you need to make sure that you do not forget about:

Second Incoming Number: The team at OneSIMCard offer you the opportunity to add a local or Toll Free U.S./Canada or local U.K. number to their SIM cards so friends, family or colleagues can reach them without having to make an expensive calls. This alone is a feature worth writing a review about and I may put one together in the coming weeks. Calls received through a Second Number are charged at $0.35/min.

Auto-Recharge: Customers can set their airtime balances to Auto-Recharge when they drop below a certain amount so they never have to worry about running out of airtime credit. This is really important in areas where internet coverage may be limited.

Increase Monthly Spending Limits: In order to protect you from fraud, OneSIMCard have maximum monthly limits for recharges on their International SIM cards. Don’t worry! If you are a heavy user you can increase this limit with a quick call or email through to customer service.

Do yourself a favour and, if you have been tempted already, get yourself a OneSIMCard International SIM card today. You won’t regret it.

Gone are the days where a business NEEDS an office. Whilst, once you get too a certain size, an office may become useful, it is not necessarily necessary. It may be possible to run your business without an office.

Wireless internet has become increasingly available and increasingly popular. The purpose of this article is to share with you three reasons why you may want to consider a wireless office, and by wireless office I mean no office. You are running your business from a mobile phone and a laptop.

Here are the benefits:

Increased responsiveness- A smart phone and a laptop generally mean that you can be very responsive in getting your emails and then responding to them. If your office is not wireless you may need to respond to emails at the end of the day instead of responding to emails as you get them.

Less stress- If, in your current business structure, it takes time to respond to emails from customers then your business structure needs to change. No longer will you need to wait until the end of the day to respond to emails. You an respond to them as you get them and then be less stressed at the end of the day. You will have more relaxation time.

Increased efficiency- The ability to respond to emails in a more timely manner will increase your business efficiency. Like I said above, the ability to answer emails whilst you are on the road means that you don’t have to answer emails when you get home at the end of the day. A wireless office gives you the chance to respond to emails as soon as you possibly can.

A wireless office may be a great option for your business. If you think that this is so after reading my article then you should send me an email.

Business cost reduction is important for your business. Why should you be handing over money that you have worked hard for over to somebody else when you don’t have too? If you spend even just half an hour going over your business costs, you could end up saving yourself thousands in the long run.

Your business telecommunications costs are one cost that you should be able to reduce with some planning. Below I have outlined three tips that can help you reduce your phone and internet bills.

Get yourself on a Cap Plan- Cap plans are a great way for you to control your phone costs. With the right Cap plan you know exactly how much your phone bill will be each month. These days there are even plans that give you unlimited calls for a certain amount each month.

Make sure you fully assess your needs- With telecommunications, it is important to actually sit down and assess what your needs are (and this doesn’t necessarily mean wants!) You may not need the latest smart phone with all the extra features that it offers if all you do is make and receive calls.

Change providers to get a better deal- The final thing that you may want to consider is changing carriers to get a better deal. Whether financial incentives or just better expertise from your dealer are what is on offer, it may be in the best interests of your business to change carriers.

Business cost reduction is possible, especially when it comes to your business telecommunications costs. If you want any more advice on how you can cut your own costs, shoot us through an email and one of our recommended consultants can get back to you.

It astounds me that there are still business people out there that do not have a smart phone although I cannot see this phenomenon happening for much longer. A smart phone is one of the best business tools that you can invest in. There are only benefits to be had by owning a smart phone.

If you are a smart phone sceptic then this article is for you. Below I will outline four of the great benefits that you will receive by using a smart phone and why it could almost replace your office.

Make and receive calls- Obviously, the standard use of a smart phone is for you to make and receive calls. You can easily do this with a smart phone and many of them come with conference call facilities so that you can speak with more then one person at a time.

Send and receive emails- With a smart phone you also have the ability to send and receive emails. You can answer client emails whilst you are on the road and this saves you a lot of time because you don’t have to waste hours when you get back to the office responding to client messages.

Surf the internet- Increasing networking speeds and bigger phone screens allow you to surf the internet from your phone. You can look up websites, you can check your bank accounts or you can check out the latest news.

Update your social networking sites- More recently, this is one of the most popular uses for a smart phone. You can update twitter, you can check Facebook or you can check in on LinkedIn, whichever social networking site you most often use.

If you have been thinking about getting a smart phone but you are not quite sure where to start, then you should get in touch with the team here. Experienced in Iphones, Windows Mobile, Blackberry, Nokia and the Google Phone, we can help you decide which phone will best suit your needs.

A global SIM card is a great investment whether you are a regular traveler or whether you are just heading off on a short overseas holidays. Instead of experiencing exorbitant roaming charges you can save a fortune and keep your money in your own pocket.

There is plenty of competition in the Global SIM card market place and some of these SIM cards are better than others. When you are making a purchase you need to do your due diligence. Here are some things you should do before purchasing a Global SIM card to make sure that you make the right purchase for your situation.

See what other people are saying about them online- People talk about their experiences and when they are bad experiences people will talk louder. Online search engines make it easy to find out what people are saying about Global SIM card brands- i.e. if you type in to Google “onesimcard review” you will find out what people are saying about the OneSIMCard Global SIM card.

Check out their customer service before you purchase- You should also check out how good the customer service is for a company before making a purchase. Ring them up and see how they act on the phone. If they don’t have a phone number, send them an email and see how long it takes to get a response.

Remember that the cheapest isn’t necessarily always your best option-Pretty much all Global SIM card companies can save you money. Some are cheaper than others but you need to remember that the cheapest SIM card provider may not be the best SIM card provider. If you buy a cheap SIM card and it breaks down then you may not be able to get it fixed through crappy customer service.

Global SIM cards are becoming the must have accessory for the international traveler. Make sure you take the advice that I have shared above in order to improve your satisfaction.

A responsible business owner always wants to get the best business deal for their business. You’d be silly not to. You work hard to make your money. Why throw it away by paying other business your hard earned especially if you do not have to?

One of the things that you can most easily look at to ensure that you save money are your business telecommunications plans. The purpose of this post is to share with you three reasons why it may be time to change your business telecommunications provider.

Are you happy with your current provider- Customer service is a big issue. Unfortunately sometimes things do go wrong. If something goes wrong you want to be able to fix it quickly. If your current provider has bad customer service it may be time for a change.

Do you understand your current plan- If you do not understand the plan you are on, and your telecommunications dealer is not proactively working to make sure that you are on the best plan, it is time for a change. You need to find a dealer that you can trust and you need to find a plan that you can understand. If you understand what is included in your plan you can tailor your usage more wisely.

Are your business telecommunications costs rising- Business cost reduction is important because, as I mentioned, you worked hard for your money and you should be able to keep as much as possible. If your costs are rising your old plan may not be suitable any more. Have a look around and see if there is a plan that better suits your needs.

Do not get stuck on the wrong telecommunications plan. If you are unhappy about your current situation, shoot us through an email and I will have one of our consultants call you to schedule in a meeting to discuss your needs.

We are increasingly living in a connected world, one that is becoming more mobilised at the same time. Many people now no longer have home phone lines connected, relying on their mobile to stay in touch with people. This trend of cancelling fixed line services is not correlating across to businesses at the same rate, but we could see this trend changing.

Before you commit to recontracting your landline or setting up a landline in a new office, you should ask yourself whether you really need one. Here are some reasons why you may not need a landline.

You could get a 1300 number or 1800 number- You could get yourself a 1300 or 1800 number. These numbers can destinate to a mobile if you want but nobody needs to know where you are when you answer your phone. Chances are that most clients who call you will think that you are in an office.

You could use wireless internet and a laptop- Some people get a landline to host an ADSL2+ internet connection. These days, wireless internet services over GPRS and HSDPA wireless networks are getting faster. You could run your business from anywhere with your laptop and a wireless internet service.

Do you need to take delivery of any packages- If you do not need an office landline, you may not need an office at all? If your business does not need regular courier deliveries and you do not need face to face meetings with your clients, you may want to consider getting rid of an office altogether.

Do you really need an office landline service? If you are confused, shoot us through an email and I will have one of our consultants give you a call to discuss your needs.
